Great second floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Little River. Great location for golfers, fisherman or just a quiet get away. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf, waterfront and only a short drive to the beach. Sit back, Relax and Enjoy! You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent our properties. No motorcycles.

The Space:
The room has furniture, appliances, flooring and decor all chosen by the owner which sets it apart from the regular hotel styled rooms. The convenience of an electronic keyless entry makes for an easy check-in.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
