This fabulous family friendly ski chalet accommodation provides the ideal base from which to enjoy the perfect ski holiday in Livigno!

The 85sqm property boasts bright and spacious self catering accommodation with modern home comforts, a welcoming L-shaped open plan living area with dining area, flatscreen SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with electric hob, mocrowave, coffee machine and electric kettle.

The sleeping accommodation features a spacious modern double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and third bedroom with two single beds ideal for children.

A private balcony enjoys beautiful views over the slopes and breathtaking alpine scenery which looks glorious all year round.

The internal accommodation also features two modern power shower rooms and a washing machine is also provided for guests private use during their stay.

The accommodation is also ideally located for guests to enjoy the resident luxury wellness spa with a range of water treatments, steam room, finnish sauna and solarium; the ideal escape after a day’s skiing and snow boarding.

The first day at the luxury wellness centre is free of charge for the guests and any extra day has an additional charge. Please note that the wellness centre is located 50 metres away from the property.

Livigno offers wide choice of activities from the fabulous range of ski runs, the famous Snowboard park which is one of the best in Europe and from the fitness centre, swimming pool, luxury day spa, designer shopping district and activites which range from horse riding, ice climbing, dog sledding, the Larix Adenvture park, hiking in the Swiss national park, visiting St Moritz and mountian biking at the nearby Mottolino Bike Park; guests can be sure of a holiday run to their requirements and choice.

Livigno has a free shuttle bus service that drives you from the North to the South of the town stopping at every main ski-lift. This service is available from 08:00 Am till 20:00 Pm.

Rododendro

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in appartement Rododendro in Livigno. We hadden een goed contact met Marco en de eigenaar van het appartement. De ligging t.o.v. het centrum was oké, 10 minuten lopen naar supermarkt. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en met 2 badkamers ideaal voor een groter gezelschap. Livigno is een gezellige plaats met voldoende horeca en winkels en de pistes waren perfect. Skipassen waren keurig geregeld.

March 2018 Marco is a very friendly and helpful host and he was always reachable. Also, the check-in was fine despite our late arrival. The apartment was big with three separate bedrooms and two toilets. The skiing tracks were reachable with the public bus in a couple of minutes and the bus stop was 1 min away from the apartment. January 2018 The apartment was very nice and clean, easy to find too. Good location, close enough to skilifts and free skibus stop. The host and his team were really helpful and provided us with all assistance we required. Free usage of wellness center definitely created additional value. All in all we were happy about our choice, we would probably stay again if coming back to Livigno or would recommend to other travelers. We found bar called “1816” and restaurant “Bait dal Ghet” to be just magnificent places to hang out after skiing. Perfect food, drinks and service in both. Also place called “Cronox” if you want to have some amusement together with your dinner. February 2018 Het is groter dan het lijkt op de foto's en is zeer rustig gelegen en vlakbij een bushalte die regelmatig bediend wordt. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen die steeds klaar staan om te helpen. Bert, German
