House of 260m2 located in one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa Brava only 15min from Platja d'Aro and 20km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed over two floors and has a large outdoor area with a private 8x4m pool open all year round, garden, playground, hammocks, barbecue, chill out area and terrace with outdoor furniture. On the main floor there is the living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with large double beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed for three guests, a bedroom with a single bed and two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. It has a Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. Pets are welcome with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups under 35 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
