Very quiet flat in Llanca, easy to find and close to the beach. I came for the second time and each time everything was always clean. Everything is provided for the stay, kitchen appliances, TV, large sofa, lots of tableware to try Spanish food ! Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

Lovely apartment in a great area!

The apartment was very modern for a summer place which was lovely. The building was well maintained and the location was great to walk to the sea. It was a bit confusing with the apartment number but Maxime returned my message immediately. Oh also the fact that you have private parking is great as well. Maxime is a great host!

Bonjour, L’adresse est mal indiquée . Nous avons tourné et retourné… ( voie à sans unique) . Réception des clés comme annoncé sans difficulté. L’appartement par lui même est bien , Couettes et alèses à revoir…Llança est une jolie ville !!!

Geen lamp in de afzuigkap, die hebben we zelf geplaatst en erin gelaten. Verder een heel onveilig stopcontact en de het broodrooster was defect net als de buitenlamp. Ondanks dat een fijne vakantie gehad

- Wegbeschreibung miserabel - Zahlencode der Schlüsselbox bei der Ankunft war schon eingestellt. Was bedeutet jeder hätte den Schlüssel einfach herausnehmen können -Erklärungen nur auf französisch Auch Erklärungen zur Nutzung der Wohnung (Englisch wäre wünschenswert) - Keine Bettwäsche steht nur im Kleingedruckten - gelbe Flecken auf den Bettdecken - das Schlafzimmer geht nicht zu weil es so klein ist dass die Tür gegen das Bett stößt - Badezimmer nicht abschließbar - Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nicht ab - allgemein kein warmes Wasser weder an der Spüle noch in der Dusche. !!!Auf zweimalige Nachfrage beim Vermieter per Mail kam keine Antwort !!! - Kein Halterung für Klopapier - bei "beliebte Annehmlichkeiten" steht Whirlpool, den gibt es nicht - die Wohnung war grundlegend dreckig man sieht, dass sie von Mieter zu Mieter weitergegeben wird ohne, dass dazwischen einmal extern grundgereinigt wird

Comme beaucoup il nous été difficile de trouver la location car le GPS l’indique de l’autre côté de la route vers Port de la Selva. Dans ce sens c’est à droite et il ne faut pas indiquer non plus Résidence des Calanques, il faut juste chercher la carrer Victor Catala et c’est à l’angle de la rue. Quant à la piscine, elle est juste dans l’immeuble d’en face… on la voit bien mais il faut traverser la route… Sinon dans la location , le contrôle d’un électricien serait bienvenu , la prise électrique au dessus de la plaque chauffante est inutilisable , celle de la cabine des enfants est desemboitee. Un petit coup de ménage dans les escaliers ne serait pas de trop non plus. Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour car les randonnées sont belles

Sehr schmutzig!

Bei Ankunft, war das Appartment nicht geputzt. Überall Müll, Essensreste, verschmutzter Kühlschrank, Haare in den Betten, Urin in der Toilette. Wir mussten selbst putzen. Es kam niemand. Wir haben bis heute die versprochene Entschädigung nicht erhalten. Nie wieder!!!

Le parking est appréciable et sécurisé. Le logement est correct mais il est regretable de ne croiser personne a l'arrivee ou au depart. La proprete depend donc du precedent locataire. Bon emplacement pour faire un sejour velo.

DECEPTION

L appartement vraiment honteux les aleses ,les oreillers trés sales ,la poussière sur la table du salon . le sommier a lattes du lit 140X190 vraiment du matériel bas de gamme . les murs moisis enfin c est la 1ERE fois que je tombe sur une location aussi négligée . De plus nous et l agence abritel appelle l hote qui nous raccroche au nez .
