Fener de Dalt 89 - House with pool and views

Situated in the Fener de Dalt area, in a residential zone, it is in an ideal location with fantastic views of the sea and coast. Located in a quiet area 800 metres from the beach and about 1500 metres from the town and shops.

The house has different rooms and floors. On the first floor there is a bright spacious lounge-dining room with table and chairs, sofa and flat-screen TV, French windows leading to the terrace outside with magnificent panoramic views of the sea and pool. Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender and tableware.

Sleeping area with 2 double rooms, one of them with a large double bed, access to the balcony outside and sea views, and the other one with a 1.35m double bed. 1 Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels provided.

The ground floor is on the same level as the porch and outdoor area. You can go down the entrance ramp of the house or via the stairs which lead down from the upper terrace.

Open-plan space with lounge-dining room with sofa, TV, table and chairs and a small kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine and tableware.

2 bedrooms, one double and the other for four people with access to the outside area. The double bedroom has a double bed and the room for four people has two sets of bunk beds, ideal for children. 2 Bathrooms, one with shower, sink, toilet and a separate toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there are different spaces and areas: upstairs terrace and balcony with beautiful views of the outdoor area, pool and sea, with outdoor furniture. Patio, place to cook, outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun-loungers. Private pool with night light, porch and parking outside the house.

The house is located in the Fener de Dalt residential area, less than 800 metres from the Cau del Llop beach and 1,500 metres from the town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
