The apartment has a lounge-dining room with double sofa-bed, coffee table, TV, cupboard, table and chairs and direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture - table, chairs and awning - and views. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and tableware.

It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The building has a lift which goes between the first and the second floor and to reach the third floor you have to walk up 10 steps. There is a communal pool.

The apartment is located 350 m from the beach, near the port and very close to the shops and restaurants.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
