Super Fener 93 - top-floor apartment with terrace
Located in a quiet area, 1500 metres from the beach and about 1800 metres from the shops and town. Two large terraces with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
The apartment is all on one floor with two levels, separated by a few stairs. On the first level there is an open-plan space with lots of natural light from the large glass windows and doors, which give views of the sea and the terrace outside.
In this area is the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and tableware, and separated from the rest of the room by a small breakfast bar with stools. Lounge-dining room with table and chairs and lounge-reading area with sofas, armchairs, books, lamps and TV. Access to the terrace outside.
You go up three steps to get to the upper level with the bedrooms and bathroom. 2 double bedrooms with double beds, one with a private bathroom, toilet and sink, and the second bathroom outside the bedrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside there is a long balcony with a table and chairs and fantastic views. A second terrace is situated on top of the apartment, very sunny and large, from where you have panoramic views overlooking Llançà and Port de la Selva.
Please note that the last 2 km leading to the holiday home are undergoing road improvement works.

The apartment is located 1500 metres from the beach, in the Super Fener residential area, in the upper area between Llançà and El Port de la Selva.
Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.

Wonderful sea view from both main room/balcony and roof.
The property is well equipped for 2 adult couples on a self catering holiday. The view of sunrise from the main room and balcony was memorable: shame the balcony was in shade from late morning (although we may have had a very different experience in the height of summer). The most significant concern we had was that the "oven" was not the normal, full size we expected but a small, table top decvice large enough only for 1/2 pizza.
A car is essentail as it is a 30 minute walk down through the development to the main road and then an additional 20 minute walk to shops. Satellite TV has two English language channels and rented WiFi router was a bonus.
