House with private pool situated in a quiet residential area only 3,5 km from the beautiful beach of Canyelles, 4 km from Lloret de Mar town centre and 6 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity of 13 people. Outdoor space of 800m2 with private pool (9,5 x 4,5m), large sheltered terrace with table and chairs where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts and meals with mountain views and several of the sea, barbecue area and swings for the children. 170m2 internal area set over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room with tv and fireplace, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine,coffeemaker), 2 double bedrooms (135 x 185cm beds) and 1 single bedroom (80 x 190cm bed) and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The floor above is identical: living/dining room and an equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 2 triples (bunk bed + truckle bed (80x190cm), 2 beautiful terraces. Free Wifi. Pets allowed on request and with supplement. Youth groups allowed on request.The villa is in Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava! Rules and special deposit for young people:A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.

A fuir tout simplement

DĂšs l’arrivĂ© Ă  la villa, mĂȘme en sachant que nous avions rĂ©servez, personne n’étais passĂ© pour ouvrir les fenĂȘtres ou mĂȘme activer le compteur, sa puait tout simplement le renfermĂ© dans la maison au moment de l’ouverture des portesEnsuite il y a tout simplement un tromperies sur l’état rĂ©el de la villa (que ce soit intĂ©rieur, on as quand mĂȘme retrouvĂ© un scarabĂ© ainsi que pas mal de poussiĂšre sur les plaintes/meubles ect. Mais le pire c’est l’extĂ©rieur : mauvaise herbes/chaise longues avec des taches dessus/table du barbecue en pierre fissurĂ©/lampes de la piscine dĂ©fectueuse mĂȘme en changeant l’ampoule, bref la liste est longue) AprĂšs avoir fait un retour au gĂ©rant du bien (agence de villa) Il nous a gentillement pris pour des lapin de 3 semaine, du genre « nous ne pouvons pas payer un photographe chaque annĂ©es pour qu’il vienne refaire les photos » (sans blague je suis prĂȘt Ă  parier qu’il a un des derniers iphone/samsung) ensuite c’était « des qu’il pleut les mauvaise herbes repousse rapidement », « on va pas faire un nettoyage de printemps Ă  chaque client » alors certes mais au moins un dans l’annĂ©e lol. Ce gentil monsieur qui en plus nous dit que pour une somme dĂ©risoire telle que la nĂŽtre 1340 euros pour 6 jours, il ne pouvait malheureusement rien faire pour nous, 1340 euros la semaine pour avoir une villa mal entretenue qui n’est pas comme sur les photos, fuyez tout simplement ou demander un facetime en direct pour s’assurer de la vĂ©racitĂ© des photos

Villa trÚs agréable pour notre famille. Bien située, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Des petits défauts cependant : peu de vaisselle pour une grande famille, échelle des lits superposés peu fixée, prises défaillantes. séjour trÚs agréable et l'agence à l'écoute.

Im Grossen und Ganzen zufrieden

Das Haus ist fĂŒr den Preis, ok. Wir haben keinen Luxus erwartet, trotzdem gibt es kleine MĂ€ngel. Die Auffahrt in das Haus um auf dem GrundstĂŒck zu parkieren, ist so steil, das es fĂŒr normale Autos gar nicht möglich ist diese hinauf zu fahren. Haben es einmal versucht und das eine Auto hat sich den Unterboden aufgeschlagen, so das es die anderen gar nicht versucht haben. Soll heissen das wir den ganzen Aufenthalt die Autos auf der Strasse parkieren mussten. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche war sehr spĂ€rlich
.keine GrundgewĂŒrze ( Salz und Pfeffer ) keine TĂŒcher zum Geschirr trocknen und nicht einmal Salatbesteck war vorhanden. Der Pool hat einige Bodenplatten verloren, weshalb sich 2 Kinder den Fuss verletzt haben. MĂŒsste dringend geflickt werden. Ansonsten alles i.o.
