Although reasonably clean the room was worn and tired looking and the bed was quite lumpy. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Hard bagels and slimy sausage. Had it been a $60-70 nightly rate might’ve been fair value but $115 was way too high for the overall quality of this hotel.

Old and in need to a remodel.

Overall was just old and tired. Bathroom walls had what appears to be black mold. Tub had been resurfaced at some point and that was all peeling off and just looks bad. Floors just overall felt dirty. Bed was comfortable, sheets seemed clean, people were friendly. This BW needs a remodel.

We booked a room with a sofa hide-a-bed and it wasn't made up and when we went to get some bedding they could only locate extra sheets. Hot Tub was out of order.

Not a Real Hotel

No one was on site when we arrived at 5PM. I searched the hotel looking for someone to check in with. Finally, I found a tipped over sign with a call button under it. Real hotels are staffed and don't make guests wait 20 minutes to check in. When the person finally came, she was dressed as a worker for the gas station next door. Best Western, this in not okay. The hotel is in a sketchy residential neighborhood with residents revving their muscle cars late at night and a construction site across the street. Breakfast was dismal.

Appreciated that the front desk staff moved us to a room closer to the exit door for the puppy. Front desk & breakfast staff were friendly & helpful. Semi truck & trailer parking available on the street. There was no lids for the coffee cups at breakfast or in the room.
