The Hotel was great, in a beautiful location. The staff was professional and attentive, and the breakfast was very good. Just an important point to notice: the description of the "Executive Room - 1 queen bed" along with the pictures don't match the actual room you get. What the site is actually showing as the "Executive Room" is actually the "Family Room", so you don't get fooled. I booked the Executive Room based on the description here, and got the equivalent to a standard room: a tiny room with no sofa bed and very, very little space. The property manager should correct the description and pictures to avoid misleading the customers.

I wasn't expecting 5 star treatment... but have to say stay wasn't great. Shower barely worked - trickle... bed wasn't comfortable and noises during the night from old pipework... staff were v kind and helpful. Shame the property doesnt match up.

Worst experience in best wester hotel
The TV did not work. The toilette was not clean, the soap bottle in the shower and in the sink could not get the soap out. The box of tissues was empty and when I ask for more, i receive the answer that I need to go down to take them. I complaint about that and i received a message that i was being rude. Rude because after all of those thinks I was requesting a good service?. A lot of doors to get into the room. It was very uncomfortable with luggage. The place is not prepared for that. On the other hand..it is a good location to get into many places in London but definitely, based on the attention, it is something that we need to consider in the future. I was a lot of very good experiences in the best western hotels, but now, that was not the case. I think I can let to try different option for my staying during the week of Dec 11th
