Property Details:
This 70-sqm duplex apartment is located on the first and second floors, without an elevator.
It includes a versatile area that can serve as a dining space or home office, furnished with a dining table and chairs for comfort and functionality.
High-speed Wi-Fi (1 Gbps) is available, suitable for remote work and video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric tea kettle, refrigerator, stove, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all necessary utensils, cookware, and crockery.
A clothes washer and drying rack are provided, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom. All bedrooms are street-facing and include double beds with quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and bath towels are provided for each guest.
The flat has two full bathrooms, accessible via the hallway, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and a hairdryer, are provided to start your stay.
The apartment is heated during winter, with portable fans available for warmer months. It is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ÂŁ40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for ÂŁ40. Both can be provide for ÂŁ60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
*Management may occasionally need access to the property for maintenance, inspections, or viewings. This will always be arranged with prior notice between 8:00 and 19:00, except in the rare case of an emergency requiring immediate attention.

House Rules and Policies

ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to ÂŁ800.

Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.

Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.

Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to ÂŁ800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: ÂŁ50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; ÂŁ90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: ÂŁ120.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of ÂŁ200 for keys and ÂŁ300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.

Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.

Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.

No Pets Allowed: Please refer to the pet policy for further details.

No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to ÂŁ10,000.

Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours by limiting noise, refraining from wearing shoes inside, and avoiding loud activities.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and in any building common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.

I would absolutely return

I had a truly wonderful—though much too short—stay at The Heart of Westminster. So the location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Westminster, the apartment offers easy access to some of London’s most iconic landmarks, all within walking distance.This apartment is a real gem: spotless, bright, and cozy. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. All the necessary details were provided well in advance, and the self-check-in made arrival stress-free and convenient.
