We did not think the bathroom was very convenient - no towel rack - electric outlet did not work - very very small counter space. The bedroom was small, not very comfortable. Bed too close to wall, making it hard to get out of bed on one side. We did not get clean glasses when the room was made up. On the plus side was a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning, although at busy times not enough seating space for everyone. Also a very nice patio area off breakfast area but it was closed for decking repairs. The location was convenient to Victoria Station and there were some nice restaurants within easy walk.
