Wasn’t anywhere near as good as the Moxy’s we’ve stayed in USA. Quite untidy in the foyer on arrival. Breakfast was so chaotic and we struggled to sit down despite having pre paid for it. I tried to get a refund but was unable to. Pretty disappointing all round which was a shame.

Very good hotel. Close to Stratford station and tube, very convient. Rooms were very clean and the staff was awesome! Would stay there again, no issues whatsoever. 10/10

Because i had a long stay. Breakfast should of been suggested just like i saw the staff insert free breakfast to one of the guest. The cleaning was a bit off. I didn't know the days for cleaning. I had to ask. One of the cleaners was a bit pushy and bossy and needed me out of the room to clean last minute. But aside from that the stay was great. Last thing when i come back i need the same room or something of the very same as (room 350). The size i was originally in was way too small with no closet, or place to put your clothes...

Room was clean, quiet and a good size and the bathroom was lovely. Only negative is the mobile reception was terrible so I couldn't log into the Internet - might be worth telling people to do that at the reception when they check as once in the room you can't do it.
