Excellent! Large rooms by European standards (much larger than Earl's Court hotel where we had our first trip). Classy, historic feel. Literally across the street (about 100 feet) from Tube station. Several decent coffee shops on the block. 5 minute walk to major museums. Staff was friendly and helpful with both a theater reservation and with transportation directions. Elderly parents were with us (separate room) and were very pleased also. Only concern is that showers are narrow and access may be tricky for older or mobility impaired guests (in such case, I suggest asking for a handicapped-accessible room if there is one). Overall, we were thrilled with the hotel and we fully intend to stay here again if we're lucky enough to visit London again.

We had stayed at this hotel previously in May and it was lovely however we checked in late this year and we had to change rooms after the first night because of the noise and also the size of the room. But they were very accommodating and got us moved so that worked out just fine.

We loved the Bailey's! It is a quality hotel with very comfortable rooms, but best of all is that it's right across the road from the Glouster Road tube station - so convenient! It is in a great area with good food and shopping options, plus walking distance to the V&A etc.
