TV is broken Mini frig is broken I stayed for 12 nights. Now and then, house service missed resupply tge room (water, cup, shower cap, tower) The room was supposed to be garden view when I booked it in web. But it was looking over houses and a narrow glimpse of a small patch of green.

Stayed 8 nights here on our trip to London! Hotel was modern, clean, quiet and close to many restaurants. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating as well. Especially Joyce from the kitchen/room service, the doormen, and the servers at The Origin (the hotels restaurant). Would stay again!

The hotel is literally a five minute walk to Kensington Palace, the lovely park and several stores (including Whole Foods). But the staff (the lovely concierge staff 💕) were magnificent!!! The hotel is SPOTLESS!!! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and assisted me prior to me arriving. The hotel transportation is worth every penny, and the breakfast was so filling and delicious. I will be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Service was great, and the resturaunts attached the the hotel were fantastic. The gym was very run down and ratty but the hotel itself was nice- a very small room however.
