Booked at the last minute due to train travel changes, this hotel was a nice stop with pleasant, helpful staff. The location offered easy dining and transit options.

Conveniently located by Hyde park and many shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Aiden the manager. Will definitely come back and recommend to our family and friends when in London.
