Perfect location, it doesn’t get any better.
Loved the location right in the middle of the village. Safe, convenient, beautiful, great service and services! Only tiny complaint is that the beds are super soft and have zero support. If you like that, you’ll sink right in!

Location is amazing in the heart of Whistler village, room super clean but not sound proof and way over priced. The games room had derelict shuffleboard table, broken air hockey table and ping pong paddles that a rat would avoid. The pool access is through a public area with a hot tub just warm. The sauna is on a completely different floor with no change room though they tell you to get changed?

Convenient stay for those who want a ski in/out hotel. A quick walk to the gondolas/lifts and amazing choice for restaurants within the village. This is my second stay here and I’ll definitely come back again. Thank you to the staff at Crystal lodge for making our snowboarding trip fantastic!

This was our first time to Whistler and we really enjoyed the Crystal Palace. It was nicely situated walking minutes away from the Whistler Gondola. We loved our Junior Suite. It was very spacious, had a washer and dryer facility just down the hallway from our floor. Kitchenette was well equipped and bed was very comfortable! Thx for making our Whistler experience a great memory for my family!

We stay in hotels every 3 nights around the World and have never been treated more poorly than by the staff at Crystal Lodge - most notably Melany and Anita (the managers of this establishment). The hotel charged a $500 security deposit for a prepaid room on arrival and another $500 security deposit on their own free will (no mention of this anywhere in writing in their policies) and upon check out refused to refund it or confirm that it was refunded. We stay at MUCH nicer establishments around the World and have never had to have 5 emails back and forth and two phone calls just to be told that we did not "respect" the hotel policies...which were NOT communicated to us effectively upon check in. I am appalled by the customer service of Melany and Anita and must say, as a luxury traveler I will never stay at this establishment again. Please feel free to reach out to me for further testiomonial.
