A nice simple hotel which served it's purpose. Staff were extremely kind and helpful and the lobby was a great place to work for the day. The room though a little small was designed to utilise all the space very well and was clean and modern. Check in and check out were seamless and the location is very convenient.

Poor value for money

Even with double bed, very, very small room (and I've stayed in many hotels in Earls Court). I cannot imagine how 2 adults could fit in this room. Pros: clean, modern, comfortable bed, quiet room; room safe. Cons: no closets (that is not a luxury amenity) only wall hooks and hangars; no luggage rack so you have to live out of your suitcase on the floor; poor hot water pressure at bathroom sink; GBP 15 charge for early check-in; if only need them to store luggage until check-in, it's GBP 3 per bag (never encountered this in any other hotel); no ice machine (you need to ask for a cup of ice at the downstairs food service area); housekeeping done only after every 3 nights. I don't recall seeing any of these negatives disclosed on the hotel listing and would not stay in this hotel again or any Point A hotel.

Clean room and quiet area! Hotel staff were very nice especially when we had a couple issues in the room but it was managed quickly and well. Would stay again in the future!

Major safety hazard. We were placed in the basement with no windows. If there’s a fire you’re tapped there is no way out. Hotels.com you need a representative to check on every hotel you endorse. It’s become a hit or miss. If you need someone for this job please contact me. I’m a expert with quality management.

Great location but street side can be a bit noisy. Rooms are small, difficult to unpack/manage luggage in a room that small. Otherwise no issues. Clean and comfortable with good service. Easy walking anywhere from here for shopping to restaurants or heading out on the tube.

Conveniently located and great staff but rooms are tiny. No closet, no bureau, so designed for someone travelling light. Breakfast was very good, rooms clean just very small rooms.
