Quick Stay with Pluses and Minuses

Staff at the Millennium were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was of a good size, and quiet; the bedding quite comfortable; internet quick and free; and the TV featured many varied channels. The only downsides were that the heat wasn’t working properly in our room and the water pressure for the shower was low. To be fair, we weren’t overly bothered by these shortcomings and didn’t report them during our stay; nor did we request a room change as we weren’t all that uncomfortable.

Lovely stay, was very covenient and location was great! Train station was right next to hotel 30 second walk. Lovely cafes/restaurant on the same road; plenty of choice.

Great location. A little far from big sight seeing places but right beside a subway station if you need to travel. Also conveniently an 8 min drive to Chelsea port where you can catch a boat up and down Thames if you wanted. We were alos right across from restaurants and a grocery store if you were looking for something outside the hotel. Also conveniently a casino built into the same building. Rooms were nice and clean, food was good and the team were very friendly and accomodating. Would reccomend.

Room looked tired, wooden panels very out of date. The shower was difficult to get into due to the depth of the bath. People with mobility issues would really struggle. This room was an upgrade, not sure what the other room would have been like, but this was pretty basic

Average hotel but amazing staff!

The hotel is pretty average for London, and the rooms are unremarkable. But the beds are super comfy. The staff are so lovely though, especially the Concierge guys. Thank you so much to the gentlemen who carried my case all the way to the main road on Thursday 23rd October approx 3pm because some numpty had parked his coach across the entrance so the taxi couldn't get through. Thanks!

After a 9-hour flight to London, my family and I arrived to check in around 2:20 p.m. The receptionist told us we couldn’t check in until 3:00 p.m., which I found surprising — most hotels will let you check in a little earlier if rooms are ready, especially after noon. We waited until 2:45 to get in line (the line was already quite long), and by the time it was finally our turn, it was 2:55. Even then, we were told we still had to wait until exactly 3:00 p.m. I honestly didn’t think five minutes would make such a big difference. After a long international flight, that lack of flexibility was really disappointing. A bit of understanding or hospitality would’ve gone a long way. Next time, I’ll be booking somewhere that values their guests’ comfort over a strict clock.
