This hotel is close to Paddington station and convenient to Heathrow airport via Heathrow express. Check in easy, staff is helpful and informative. The location is great. The breakfast was good. The only downside is the rooms are very small.

Property has no accessibility, requires walking up tall steps into property without hand rails. Up two steps to sit in lobby. Maze like path to room. Tiny elevator, could not accommodate 2 people and 4 suitcases together. Room extremely tiny. No place to put luggage. Could not fully open bathroom door because of bed, even pushing twin beds tight together. Another 10” step to get into bathroom. Very disappointed that property did not mention lack of accommodations for disabled even though I communicated with them several times and mentioned I would be having a mobility scooter delivered. (Scooter could not be delivered and could not have been used in property due to size restrictions. I lost the money for the rental.) Desk personnel were kind and helped with steps, helped bring up and down luggage, and called or hailed cabs. They did what the could in situation.
