It's a stone's throw from Paddington Station (with underground and bus service to central London and non-stop service to Heathrow) in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and the bathroom was particularly big with copious hot water. I'd avoid the continental breakfast: there's Cafe Panache on the way to Paddington.

Hotel was fine for just one night before catching train to Heathrow to fly home. I didn't love the neighborhood because there weren't many good food options nearby. They also gave me the closest room to the reception area which was not quiet. The continental breakfast was included and was fine.

Great location, great sized room & bathroom, lift!! Very pleasant helpful staff, easy check in, nice breakfast Only thing, if you are a really light sleeper, because this hotel is an older building, the sound proofing isnt great, what stop me staying again

Lovely little hotel in a very accessible location. Walk to Paddington and you can go anywhere. It’s easy to take the express train or the tube from Heathrow. Very friendly staff. Checkin was very easy. Nice continental breakfast.
