Started off not great as they gave us a room that was very sub par. We were finally able to change rooms that evening & it was a smooth ride thereafter . Thanks to Cindy at the front desk for all her help. Room was clean & the breakfast was very good. Outdoor pool was a bonus.

Breakfast was very basic, not great. Pool was so busy, not enough loungers so wasn't able to enjoy it until the evening. Very noisy room facing the gravel roof and all of the HVAC system, was also very hot and thermostat didn't work. Were not able to get early check-in, and we didn't bother with late check-out as the room was so hot and loud.

The pool was lovely with great pool side bar service. V relaxing. The peanuts pub was delicious and fun and great service. The bakery was excellent also. Breakfast wasn’t very good but didn’t take away from our experience there

The best part was the outdoor pool on the hot days. Staff and breakfast were phenomenal. I love how we were seated and served coffee and juice while we loaded up at the hot buffet breakfast. Best I've ever seen.

Well the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great! Pillows comfortable, beds not the best but not bad. No in room AC, there is AC, but it’s not like an accessible fan unit. We like fan noise to sleep so noting that for others. The room we stayed in 7th floor… the shower is nearly unusable, it’s either freezing or boiling, no in-between! Lastly, there was absolutely a mouse in the wall. Scratching and chewing all night. We barely slept because of it. I did tell the front desk about it, and I got a “we will tell maintenance” nice enough girl but I feel nothing will be done about it. Head up to the next guest in 763

The staff at the desk and in the restaurant and bar were all great. The room was clean and the cleaners always greeted me in the hall. Included breakfast buffet was great and coffee was excellent. I will definitely stay again.

The staffs and the place is wonderful. They just need to do some touch up on the pool as the stairs have some sharp edges which is not safe for children. Other than that. It was an awesome place.

Loved the pool and the fact you can order from the onsite restaurant poolside! The main lobby, breakfast, and overall customer service were great and the rooms were in very nice condition and were very comfortable. The only slight negative was the noise from the traffic on the parking lost side of the hotel and that our bathroom was incredibly small (smallest we’ve ever seen in a hotel). Only one person could be in there at a time and the sink, mirror, toilet and shower were all together so that was a little limiting with 2 adults and 2 kids in the room. But, even with that, we would definitely stay again!!
