Pool was absolutely packed, it’s filthy and the restaurant messed up our room service and after an hour I called and asked how long I have to wait for the other persons food, was another 20 minutes, when one person eats and the other doesn’t is not a great experience

Pros: clean and comfy room, easy to make coffee with fresh cream, quiet, safe and easy access to casino, friendly and helpful staff. Cons: nothing close by for walking. No comp breakfast or cheap food options for light eaters.

Our room was decent. Great size. Great bathroom layout . No pillows tho for pull out couch. K cups were not refilled fully. Curtains need repair. But we would definitely stay again and request same room.

The staff who checked us in seemed the least interested in welcoming guests to the hotel — no smiles, no eye contact, and very poor communication. However, the gentleman at night was super friendly and helpful. The AC didn't work in our room, so we had to be moved to another room at midnight, which was very inconvenient since my kids had already fallen asleep. The new room had a very noisy mattress. It sounded like we were sleeping on popcorn. Every movement caused noise. Spoke with the front desk manager, who was friendly and assured us he would talk with the staff member.

Our stay was very nice. The room was beautiful and clean, the doors didn't block much noise but that's life. We will come back with our kids next time though, this definitely a family friendly hotel.

Always enjoy my stays at the Deerfoot. Check-in Staff are friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful when needed. Beds could stand to be replaced as the room I was in they are starting to sag. They also have electric car chargers on site which is nice but they need to be faster to be useful. Will be back for sure.
