They gave me a room next to the elevator, stairs and event room. I asked to change the room. I absolutely liked the second room. The bathroom is modern and completely up to date..even has a TV in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like the TV. It was difficult to use. I called the front desk and a nice lady came up and showed me how to use it.

We stayed here on May 7th and 23rd while going on vacation. We have always stayed here and enjoyed our stay but lately the front staff is not very friendly - they do not make eye contact or say hello when you enter and rarely smile - the cleaning staff and restaurant staff are great but front staff could use some reminders on customer service
