The food is always good, we stay here often. The shower door was pushed in so we had to force it open. The parking lot was extremely full and they are too close together. There was a private party on our floor and the kids were loud, blocking the staircase and running in the hallway. Not the usual great experience we are used to.

Another great stay!

We’ve stayed here before and are always impressed. Reasonable price, clean and updated rooms, and great amenities. We ate at the Tonic Bar and it was good, too. Shuttle to the airport was appreciated. Staff are friendly.

All the facilities are good. Just there is some smell when walking into elevator. The breakfast is awesome and room is amazing. I don’t enjoy the hot tubs but the placement at rooftop is very nice. Next time I will for sure.

Large, well-decorated room with a wide variety of things to make you feel even comfortable: Keurig machine, slippers, robes, fridge, safe, user-controlled mood lighting, and a massive TV. The room featured a large, comfortable bed with excellent sheets and a mountain of pillows. The full body shower was a delight and so were the high quality bath products (including loofah!) and large, fluffy towels. Front desk staff wasn't super friendly and the restaurant, "Tonic", was a charmless, noisy place but did feature a tasty menu. Upon arrival in Tonic, the hostess said that they were very busy and that it would be a 40-minute wait for food. The restaurant appeared to be at capacity but no one was waiting so we didn't understand the rationale. Either way, when the food arrived, it was worth the wait; it was presented nicely and tasted quite good. (We had the Lomo Saltado and the burger.) The shuttle from YYC to the hotel runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours per day. Although the drivers are not friendly, nor do they load your bags, the service is fast, efficient, and for the exclusive use of this property so there are not stops along the way. Nothing to do in the neighbourhood as it's in an asphalt desert near the airport, but it is a great hotel for a layover.
