When I told the front desk the vending machine was giving us water instead of Diet Pepsi I was told to take them to the restaurant to exchange them. Your mess up should have been handled by your staff. The bed has a frame that sticks out almost a centimetre which cut my calf when I used the facilities. Bottled water should have been supplied. View of the gravel roof was unacceptable for our 44 anniversary. A floor higher would have been nice along with some flowers, Maybe a card to welcome us. Didn’t live up to my expectations.

I stayed 2 nights at this property in a bedroom suite. It was clean, comfortable and convenient for the venue I was attending. Price was decent and the staff were great. Busy food areas, but we chose to eat elsewhere mainly anyway.

If you are thinking of staying here for the pool, you may aswell book elsewhere and get a leisure centre pass. You need to book a time slot to use the pool, wich was SO busy we couldn’t even swim. The line for the slide was down to the bottom of the stairs. You will also have to pay for breakfast, not even cereal and muffins for you. For what you pay I would expect more. We will stay elsewhere next time

We really enjoyed our stay ! There was a couple things we did not . First the AC was on full blast and we would have to turn the heat on but once turn it on it made a ver loud clicking sound . We called the front desk twice and on the second time they sent maintenance and said they could not do anything about it but will get back to us . They never did ! Then the whole swimming time slots after 6 is a good idea as it gets super full but we arrived 10 mins before our slot and was told to come back at our time , which is fine but once we were in our time slot they allowed people to arrive 10 mins before their time slot . I feel it was inconsistent!

Okay stay. Pool made it worth it.

The pool was amazing but wish we could’ve spent more time in evening there. The carpets were stained and the pull out couch was horrible to sleep on. I also wish you could get in the entrances with your card closer to your room.

Rooms were old and out dated. The bathroom counter, bedside table and the office chair all were noticeably not cleaned. The plug for the tub was broken, so I had to plug it with a wash cloth to give my kids a bath. We got a one hour slot at the pool. The pool had hair and dirt in the corners of the stairs and it was very busy. We did order room service from the restaurant it was very good. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel heads up on the pool

This is a very nice hotel and the reason we booked it like many other is it's proximity to the airport and the pool. Our room was great and very spacious and clean. We were a little disappointed to hear you had to book times to go in the pool in the evening, and while we were lucky and able to use the pool as much as we wanted too, it would have been very disappointing for our kids if we had been limited to just one hour.

We love staying here, our toddler loved the little kids pool and our 8 year old loves the waterslides! It's so clean, such a good location and we come back every year! It's perfect for any family vaca! And the staff are excellent!
