My stay at the Westley Hotel was a very pleasant experience. As its website notes, it was an office building that was very cleverly converted into a hotel: the only evidence is the layout of rooms. While attractive, the king bed room I stayed in was so small the only seating was the desk chair and an uncomfortable window seat, and a tall rack for hanging clothes was present instead of a wardrobe. But everything was of high quality, and the hotel was very quiet. The bathroom was outstanding.

Beautiful rooms! Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. There was no fan in the toilets, which I know is a problem for some people so I thought I would mention it. Bar downstairs was superb! We did not have breakfast because it was not included in our stay. Will return.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend trip with my family and had a great stay overall. The building is well maintained and the space was clean and comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we noticed a couple of small blood spots on the toilet seat when we arrived, which was unexpected. However, everything else was wonderful and we appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Calgary.
