We always enjoy our stays here. Location is convenient. Kids love the pool and waterslide. Staff is accommodating. Great food and lovely restaurant staff.

I don’t usually post reviews, but for a hotel that somehow has a 9.0 rating, it sure doesn’t live up to the expectations. Room was old and smelled like a stale basement. Water stains all around the windows and the bed was the worst ever. Will not recommend or return. Front staff and restaurant staff were super!

The pool with a hot tub that allows you to look at the slide is placed well. I wish there was more sitting space for parents that just want to watch their children at the pool.

This property needs a lot of work. We saw that there was rooms that were renovated, but unfortunately, we got placed in a very old room for the price. I would expect a bit more and the cleanliness wasn’t as great. Either walls were quite dirty floors were very old. needs a good clean. The staff themselves were very great only stayed one night so it wasn’t as bad if I had to stay longer.

Will be my new ‘go to’ hotel in Calgary!

Very friendly, very clean, very nice hotel. I will definitely be staying here again. The garden buffet was amazing, and the service and smiles from the waitress were above expectations. The pool was small for the amount of people taking advantage of it, but that can’t be helped as the hotel was full.
