I was charged $500 on my card for damage to a door stop that my family did not do. They said thdamage did was not reported before we used the room We came to the room late , went to sleep and left in the morning to catch a plane. We had no recourse when we disputed the charge. I feel we were made to pay for damage that had existed before we used the room and did not notice it or after we checked out. Very unfair and very frustrating.

Looked on their website for details before booking through Expedia as they have a ridiculous amount of fees. Also called the hotel directly to confirm total price but Expedia was still less expensive. When I arrived, there is a small sign stating the pool was closed. No mention in the website, or when I called. I expressed my disappointment and was told, no worries, we have another hotel in the area. We can shuttle you there to swim. So I’m going to go to another hotel in the middle of winter and go swimming and then get picked up and taken back to my hotel? That’s not really an option anyone would want. To make it up to us, they gave us one cookie to share. Yes, one cookie for two guests to share. Haha The hotel overall was defent and has a good location but not mentioning the pool is closed on their website or when I called seemed intentional. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

We didn’t enjoy our stay after our long day of travel ,we want to use the shower in the washroom but its broken it’s only giving us Hot and Cold we wait long time to get the right temperature for the shower but its really frustrating that didn’t happened ,we ended up not to use the shower.

When arriving to the hotel I was welcomed by front desk staff. Very polite and professional. Room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of choices for breakfast items and breakfast staff was friendly. I will stay again on a future visit to the city.
