We didn’t enjoy our stay after our long day of travel ,we want to use the shower in the washroom but its broken it’s only giving us Hot and Cold we wait long time to get the right temperature for the shower but its really frustrating that didn’t happened ,we ended up not to use the shower.

When arriving to the hotel I was welcomed by front desk staff. Very polite and professional. Room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of choices for breakfast items and breakfast staff was friendly. I will stay again on a future visit to the city.

The breakfast includes a wide variety of options. Everyone found something they loved to eat. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We appreciated that we could arrange longterm parking and an airport shuttle with the front desk.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the staff were polite and accommodating. They had an issue with the hot tub and gym and due to renovations we couldn’t use these facilities which I was only notified a day before the stay. The management was able to compensate in the best way they could. Nice clean hotel and rooms, I only wish they could have had eggs made without dairy as I could not eat them.

We stayed for almost two weeks through Christmas and New Year. Initially the bathtub has slightly slow drain, but that was easy to fix. Other than that, everything was just great. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good enough breakfast, easy parking. Very pleasant stay, highly recommend!
