They could easily improve their breakfast by adding scrambled eggs or hard-boiled eggs. That would only cost an extra $2–$3 per guest but would make a big difference in guest experience. The front desk also needs work. Staff should be more welcoming and better trained in guest service. On top of that, the lobby had a bad smell, which didn’t leave a good first impression. Thankfully, the room itself was not that bad.

It was unfortunate to see how the breakfast had dwindled to very few obviously low cost items. eg. only bananas for fruit. For the price of the room and advertised breakfast included , compared to our stay a few years ago, we were disappointed. Otherwise staff was very friendly and the room just fine.

Do not recommend

Hotel is run down. Had to call service multiple times before issues were addressed. Found used bandaids in room. Continental breakfast was mostly well stocked but tables weren't kept clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. After check-in, asked front desk staff how to cancel the last two nights of our four night stay and were told I needed to contact hotels.com, where we booked but couldn't get a hold of anyone and messages went unanswered.
