We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The beds were extremely itchy—possibly due to bed bugs. The shower curtains had mold, the floor was dirty, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. We asked for extra pillows but were told, “whatever is in the room, that’s it.” The key cards were also a hassle—either not working or taking forever to unlock the door. On top of that, the receptionist was not helpful or accommodating. For the price we paid, the quality and service were very disappointing. We would not recommend staying here.
