Worst hotel experience yet
Honestly one of the worst experiences yet with a hotel. First they gave us a room that had a broken trim in the bathroom and the wallpaper was falling off under the sink. The bath tub also had a huge indent into it which had been stained from the water collecting there over time. The breakfast is run by ONE worker doing dishes, cooking food, and cleaning tables. Because of this the breakfast was a mess of an area. Next they didn't have hardly any parking in the front and didn't have anything showing that there was parking in the back. We had to park in a tight space between a truck that was backed in and a car. On the side that was parked next to the truck, we found the next morning it had been keyed. When we asked them if they had cameras they said they didn't so we were left with no proof of the event and had to just take it that our car was keyed. Later we spoke with a manager and he was absolutely terrible. He was trying to make excuses that nothing was their fault and that it was our fault that the car was keyed because we should have known to park around back. They also are actively renting their pool to people giving swimming lessons which really interrupts playing in the pool for the kids. Lastly we had a simple request on how to split up the bill and the people at the front desk took somewhere around 20-30 minutes to be able to figure anything out. All the while the manager was sitting within earshot and only came out after it was pretty well all resolved.

Cherry at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were all happy. We were confused when our room.was suppose to be cleaned but all the housekeepers did was take out our used towels and face cloths but did not replace them. Our.garbage was not emptied at all.

Great stay
We spent 4 nights here as part of our family trip to Alberta. Was a great place to stay. Breakfast was good, parking was great. Was able to park in front 3/4 nights so could make sure our vehicle was ok. Was easy to get to. Kids loved the pool and waterside. Water was a bit chilly for me, but the kids didnt seem to care. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for our stay. We had a wonderful time. Very friendly staff.

Calgary stampede stay
Breakfast disappointing as area small and crowded with poor placement of buffet as in hallway. Coffee watered down. Potatoes over spiced, sausage very salty, one toaster lined up all the time. Stairwells smelled moldy or like sewer gas. Will not stay again here. Only good thing is parking and tim hortons near for coffee in morning.

Difficult to find the elevator. The door of the elevator is almost similar to the door of rooms and is not wide ennough. Then when you go out the elevator not enough space for guest going in because the vending machine for pop and ice was placed just infront of the door. The dining area is small and the breakfast served were so limited and replenishment is slow.
