Reasonable price, convenient access for NE Calgary, excellent staff: friendly and helpful. Carpets desperately need replacing and/or cleaning. Brighter colours. Overhead lighting and directional sign at elevator. Concession vending machines do not function properly, items get stuck consistently.

We was not leaving till 17:00hrs we booked this hotel as said swimming a gym to which when we asked is closed and has been for a little while. Sleeping was disturbed by a man and woman that was fighting an he was kicking the door at early hours of the morning which then disturbed our sleep this went on for over an hour. As two females an a teenager we did not want to get involved. And we have such a long day ahead of us we needed the rest after 9 hrs driving yesterday and 8hr45min flight today. Breakfast did not cater at all for gluten free which was disappointing too. I So wish I could have given a nice review.

Pool was closed then the TV was broken and maintenance never came to fix it. Eventually cancelled it because kids had to go to bed. The hotel was full and there was only 1 person at the front desk so nothing happened with any expediency. Didn't feel very heard by staff.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The wifi was not very good. I had to keep resetting it. They did have a small coffee marker, but maybe a suggestion, also provide a small kettle in the room.
