Remarkably quiet for being an airport hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. Quieter ac/heating unit that didn't disturb my sleep, unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to set the thermostat at my desired temperature, but I'm sure had I made the effort to ask for help from the front desk it wouldn't have been an issue. Great shower pressure. Very friendly, convenient and prompt shuttle service. Good assortment for continental breakfast, but the scrambled eggs tasted like they were out of a box or something - my only disappointment.

Inadequate grab bars for handicapped Clients in bathroom. (Suggest walk in shower with seat and grab rails) Also looked like mold by radiator probably due to room being above the pool (repair wall). Other than that we really enjoy staying at Comfort Inns.

I was really surprised that my room was in the basement, where the air circulation was poor and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I told the front desk twice, and they said someone would come within 30 minutes, but I waited for an hour and no one showed up. In the end, I was too tired, so I just opened the window and spent the night like that.
