We booked this hotel for family and friends stay-cation for 3 days. After checking in we were informed that swimming pools are not available. No email, no call from the hotel to inform us about the problem. Staff not friendly and helpful Is about a month with no call back from manager, she/he is always not available when we trying to call. Highly not recommended!

The person working the graveyard shift was excellent in helping us. We didn't have the second remote control for the TV. So he gave us one right away and was helpful and giving me information wheres to get what I need it. The breakfast was not that appetizing maybe hashbrown, better eggs.
