I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. Unfortunately when I woke up on our first morning there I had a bed bug running across my pillow. I have had to deal with those at hotels I’ve worked at. I went to the desk at 7:30 in the morning. They did give us a new room but…. Still paid full price

The pool was good and there was a variety of breakfast choices. The bed was really comfy and our room in the 4th floor was quiet. The staff were extremely accommodating when there was a big problem in our original room and they found us an alternate room. The TV not working 2/5 days stay was disappointing. Luckily we were out a lot or it might have impacted our stay more.

Great spot. Stayed here a couple days. Just newly renovated so everything is fresh and new. The check-in staff have super friendly customer servicing. Very pleasant with nice sniles. The bed is very comfy. Typical HI with the best pillows. Lots of soaps and shampoos. The free breakfast was good, everyone seemed pleased with the food. I didn't use the pool area. Area is well lit and feels to be a safe area. There's a large shopping mall 5 mins away, and food is only a 2 minute walk. You may have missed replacing the air conditioning filter. And the young lady in the breakfast area working by herself barely managed to keep up with the demand, but she was pleasant and smiled alot as everyone was looking for something. Kudos to her!!
