Calgary is an unheralded gem! And The Palliser is a fabulous hotel which has retained its elegance over time in a fabulous location! Though it appears the city has witnessed a bit of the post Covid decline experienced by many large cities, we felt very safe and enjoyed the numerous restaurants, bars and shops one block from the hotel doors.. Also, we enjoyed a shockingly delicious and affordable light meal at the Calgary Tower restaurant, Sky360.

We had a room directly by the elevator and there was a great deal of noise all throughout the night waking us. We were also to be called when our room was ready but e we’re never called. Our luggage was delivered to the wrong room.
