The staff was rude and arrogant. When i was checking in last Sat, i asked the staff if i could change to 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed. Without checking the system/computer, she told me right away NO, none available. I called her attention that she didn’t even check the computer yet but she arrogantly said NO. After being called out a few times, that’s the only time she check the system. I don’t mind not getting what i requested if there’s really none available, but she shouldn’t be rude and arrogant. Thay should have some training of their staff for customer service. Be professional, respectful, kind and honest.
