Good location, expensive for the unsafe swimming practices that was occuring. Over 50 kids in the pool, it was my sons bday, wanted him to enjoy the pool and slide but was unable to due to amount of kids unattended in the pool that came down on my son several times. Left early.

Great staff, very clean, modern, comfy, great location. The pool area, especially the hot tub, could use some maintenance/updating. The restaurant is mediocre but there are tons of great restaurants close by. The area adjacent will be nicer once the re-construction at Eau Claire is finished. You will then be near a train station. Prince's Island is nice to walk in. This is one of my favorite hotels in Calgary.

The place to stay in Calgary
We like everything about this hotel including the prime location. The customer service is always on point. The rooms are well organized and very comfortable. The room service restaurant has fantastic quality and tasty meals. The pool/hot tub are well maintained and very enjoyable. Only complaints we have is the in room phone system is a little annoying as it’s not user friendly. Would prefer to use our cell phones to communicate with the hotel. The TV options are a nice touch, only wish they would add casting to the system. This is our go to hotel while in Calgary

Sheraton Eau Claire
Staff was great! We walked to a bunch of different pubs and restaurants so enjoyed the location. Only complaint would be the $95 bill for 2 days of parking seems a bit much.

This is a good hotel for stay in one night, staff were very friendly and hotel room was very good. My kids enjoyed the swimming poor very much. We’ll stay again if we travel to Calgary in the future.
