This is an old and dated hotel. The continental breakfast was terrible, the rooms are old and for what you paid. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great family friendly hotel. Clean room, good breakfast and convenient location. We were heading through Calgary to the mountains and needed a quick and easy stay, this was perfect.

The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. However, the young woman at the front desk was completely unprofessional. During check-in she repeatedly made fun of me for willingly paying the pet fees and deposits. Though recently refurbished, the hotel showed signs of wear. The shower curtain rail in the room was hanging awkwardly, and the unmoveable shower head pointed at the wall. Breakfast was minimal, and the “fitness center” only contained three machines in a cramped room. There was a nice park nearby for walking the dog, though.

Did not stay second night

Based on great reviews and the indication that the facility was "Newly Renovated", we booked this hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, the digital sign also stated "Newly Renovated", but that was clearly not the case. This is an older facility and some maintenance work was being done around the exterior. Parking was tight, it was difficult to find the office, and the breakfast area was very small. The rooms were small, dingy, and worn. The carpet in the hallway was dingy and dirty. We were tired, so stayed the first night, but couldn't justify staying the second night. We travel a great deal and have stayed in many types of facilities. Unfortunately, this is one that ranks among the least desirable for us.

Just ok. I like my duvet covers fully covered and here it's not, covers end up on the floor. The conditioner in the bathroom was not refilled, and the air conditioning keeps in turning off. It was warm in the room we kept waking up. Did not have a good sleep, do not feel rested. Could've have a couple more hot food options.

I booked a room for my family to stay here while on vacation. Received a letter prior to arrival stating they did not take prepaid cards for the 100$ deposit. My family arrive with debit MasterCard and were charged 350$ deposit. I called and challenged the hotel about this but they refused to accept their original deposit agreement. Was not able to talk to manager. Just very disappointed.
