Have stayed here on 2 different occasions and pleasantly surprised. Front desk very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms clean with no carpeting. Convenient location and easy parking.

The location is very inconvenient, not in a good neighborhood and the parking is extremely cramped with no loading/unloading area to park in. Only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel. The AC barely works (or is broken) and you cant open the window to help cool down because you are so close to a very busy street/intersection that is loud. Bathroom is very small and tiles are cracked in the shower. You need to use your room key card every time you use the elevator which made carrying luggage etc tricky. No main level rooms (that i could see). Breakfast area is dirty, clustered and stuffy. One waffle maker with a lineup of half a dozen people waiting on it...and it is in the middle at a corner so everyone is in the way and shifting around to make room. Everyone at breakfast was complaining about the AC and several called for it to be fixed but it never got fixed. One woman said there was no shampoo and was already in the shower when she realized it so she showered without being able to wash her hair. Messaged hotel about above issues and recieved no response.

This was a nice property. The rooms were big and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I wish that hotels would cater a little bit more to those who are trying to eat more protein and keto. But other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Room was clean, staff friendly but once we were asleep there were guests in the adjoining room to ours that came in after 11 pm and made quite a bit of noise and the walls are paper thin so I had to call the front desk. The hotel was not busy so why did they need to put guests in rooms right next to each other? Noisy hallways again in the morning at 6 am. The bed pillows are also lumpy and the air conditioning units and bathroom fans very noisy! So I rate this hotel stay a 1 out of 5
