Missed the bus

We signed up for the 7 am morning shuttle when we arrived the night before. We were down for breakfast at 6:30 and were watching for the bus. At 7:04 we went to the desk and were told the shuttle had left at 7. I asked if anyone checked the rider list and that we were right there. We had to wait for the 7:30 shuttle for our flight at 9. Luckily we made it. We were very disappointed. Also, they need new pillows and sheets. The sheets were very thin and pillows small. Those are two important things to me in a hotel.

The hotel was a very quiet and very clean. The staff were amazing especially for the housekeeping that made sure our room were clean, neat and tidy by the time we came back from our sightseeing in Calgary. The breakfast was very good and the staff there kept it well stocked. Definitely will come back and stay again!
