Staff were wonderful the rooms were clean. The only complaint I have and the reason I won’t be back is the pool and hot tub were both very cold. The pool was so cold you couldn’t be in it. We stayed 3 nights and let the staff know. The pool was empty all the time because it was so cold.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with air fresheners and the heat was cranked to the max to cook the smell out of the furniture. Changed rooms and neither heat, nor fan nor AC worked. Front desk advised that, unfortunately they could not do anyhting until 5 am the next morning but would send housekeeping. Noone showed up and I went to the front desk asking for yet another room. Other than the kitchen faucet spraying water everywhere it was ok.

Our stay was ok. The suite we had was good but the bathroom location was awkward and very tight to pass one of the beds. Super disappointed that the pool was not an available when we checked in. Very disappointed that hot tub was not open :(

It was a great stay but a bad start. Despite my numerous messages about the shuttle and arrival details as we were arriving at 1 AM , we were the only ones at the airport by 2 AM.and had to book an uber costing us additional $25. They don’t actually have a shuttle service but will book a taxi when you call .Would it be nice to respond with that simple info I was asking that would have helped me decide on which hotel to book because of our arrival time. Thank you

This is a great hotel! We've stayed in many with our kids and this one was just so kid friendly! Our room was perfect too. Very impressed with the breakfast and the kids loved the pool! Great staycation all around 😊
