The first room had rubbish on the floor, the fridge had large build up on ice in the freezer, the AC filter needed to be changed (red light on the unit), the chair was stained. I went down to change rooms, front desk guy was nice but stressed (he was the only guy there with a line out the door). Second room had hair on the floor, the fridge was rusty, the toilet had brown down the front (I have pictures), white residue on the desk. I will not return.

Staff at the front desk rudely denied us taking our breakfast (a couple of crappy bagels) to our room, told us we had to eat in the lounge (where there was no seating available). We then proceeded to watch 3 separate people walk by the front desk with their breakfasts and they didn’t say a word.

I already informed that there are 4 people checking in but found only 2 bath towels 1 hand towel and face towel.. I need to ask for more and for the toiletries too.. the guy on duty during our check in had a fight with some guy.. this just scared me and my daughter…
