Bathroom not fully clean - soap scum on tub. Only 1 face cloth. Informed front desk of terrible natural gas smell at stairwell entrance and another guest also checked and told the desk how bad it was - both told them to call fire dept right away. They didn’t seem concerned. Checked out day early

My bed was a bit worn out so it was uncomfortable. The shower was excellent, but the exhaust vent fan wasn’t very effective. Amenities were fine and the best part was the excellent breakfast and the staff service.

A/C don’t work well, walls are super thin can hear

Hotel could use upgrades everything is old. A/C was a problem does not function well and others has complained as well. Walls are paper thin can hear conversations, a lot of complaints from others staying about noise, def needs a lot of upgrading. Park is horrible not enough parking Lots vehicles parking in no parking areas

It wasn’t any great, there wasn’t any noise proofing as such and you could hear people in corridors. There was smell of smoke aswell. They literally serve ice cold eggs in breakfast recycling them rather than serving fresh. No water bottles for guests. No elevator either. Will avoid next time

There wasn’t much for breakfast in the morning. They had no fruit except 1 apple. I was in a room above the front desk and the lights around the pool were so bright, even the curtains closed, there was so much light coming into the room. I would not return
