My company stays here multiple times a week… this stay there was a family checking in at 1 am and had their kids screaming and running around in the lobby which was so loud it woke us up. Nothing was done to try and settle the family from disrupting more guests. My husband actually had to go out to the lobby. Then the staff continually were slamming doors and banging what sounded like dishes around that was so loud it sounded like they were directly in our room. No sleep. And when asked about refunding our room or what could be done we were told to email the manager…

This was a good property for the price. 10 of us travelled to Calgary and we needed 5 rooms. I found this hotel for a good price and we were all pleasantly surprised.

Would not book this hotel again
Booked a room on the top floor. The noise from anyone in the hallway and opening doors is very loud due to the hard floors. Someone ran down the hall at 1:00am knocking on doors and there was some shouting late at night too. Did not feel completely safe. Check in was slow. Room was spacious but felt a bit dirty. The chair was quite stained.

The staff at the front desk on check-in was super lovely. The hotel is dated and not in the best shape but the beds were comfortable enough and there was enough amenities to satisfy our brief overnight stay. Once the slamming doors and yelling stopped around 2am (not the hotel’s fault but it scared the kids), we had a pretty decent sleep.
