Our room had no heat, the light above the shower was leaking and counters were so stained that they looked unclean, so they moved us to a room across the hall and the carpet was so dirty and disgusting looking. Will never stay here again!

The fridge was cold and not plugged in. When I arrived at the airport I called the hotel for a pick up 3 times and was disconnected each time. Luckily I saw the radisson van outside picking others up.

The dead bolt on the door to my room did not work. A lamp did not work. The toilet took five or six times to flush. The bathroom sink took a long time to drain when you washed your hands etc.
