A daughter was returning from a flight from BC, the road conditions were not great so I got onto Expedia to book a hotel room for her for the night as she lives over an hour from the airport. The gentleman at the front desk upgraded her room.

The man at the front desk was super kind and upgraded our room to a King free of charge so that was lovely. The shuttle was perfect. We only slept there for a few hours before our flight but it was a great experience!
