The check in staff and on site security were beyond great! Very informative and helpful, safe underground parking. So noisy with regular city noise if not use to it. Fire station directly below so loud sirens throughout the night. Hot tub has tile missing and in need of an update. Bathroom door has glass so if anyone goes to the washroom at night and turns on the light it brightens the entire room. Might suggest new doors or just adding a bathroom nightlight?

We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I called the hotel in advance to ask about any special welcome service to make the occasion memorable. I was told nothing could be arranged. Even with that low expectation, we were surprised to find that there wasn’t even a simple welcome note or acknowledgment of our anniversary upon arrival. The hotel itself is clearly showing its age, and many of the amenities one would expect from a property of this standard are either missing or no longer offered. Basic items such as robes, slippers, and even a luggage rack were not provided in the room and had to be requested. Additionally, the hot tub appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time, which was concerning and further diminished the overall experience. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations for a special occasion or for a hotel of this category. We left feeling disappointed and would hesitate to return or recommend it for celebrations.

Walls not sound proof. Can hear noise from outside as well as from other rooms. Construction from outside woke us up and we could not sleep back. The front desk was horrible, I requested a room with a view, I did not mind paying extra, but she lied that the room had a bridge view, there was no view, literally the back of the building.
