2nd time staying there. Was great again! ( accept the hottub/ pool area closed for renovations but si understand) Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet! Clean and modern rooms with all the amenities! I will be back again next year!

My room was right beside the elevator. I woke everytime the elevator opened and shut. I stayed on a weeknight but the hotel must have been busy because the elevator door opened and closed many times during the night. I could also hear people in the hallway and in rooms around me until early in the morning.

The heat in the roof was not functioning properly. It would only work with fan on HIGH. Which was very loud and made it breezy in the room. It took over an hour for a staff member to come to the room to check out the heater. He wasn’t able to resolve it. He said to mention it at check out and that I would get a discount. I also got a call at 2:55am for the shuttle, that I had cancelled that evening. I chose to use Uber to get an extra hour of sleep, but because of the call, that didn’t happen. When I checked out, the clerk said I would get a refund for the room. And to advise Expedia to contact Holiday Inn IGH to process the refund. Please advise. Thank you.

Booked a room here as my husband and I were taking a flight the next morning. When booking on their website they say they offer longterm parking for flights but when we checked in they said they haven’t offered it in 2 years. Should probably update their website. Furthermore our room was decent but there did seem to be blood or pop splattered on the wall?? Gross nonetheless and they definitely did not clean the shower wall. The towel rack in the bathroom was also rusty and the paint on the ceiling was pealing off and appeared to be water damage as well. The restaurant served mediocre food for a high quality price and it was quite noisy outside our room and in the hallways throughout the night due to other guests. Thankfully our rate wasn’t too expensive and the employees were friendly but unfortunately this will be the first and last time that we book with the Holiday Inn - Calgary Airport.
