We had a issue with a failed light switch in the bathroom. I let the front desk know the issue and had a new room 2 hours later.(With all our clothes etc moved to the new room. The staff was prompt, clean and very receptive to any issues. I would gladly use this facility again.

The staff at the hotel were helpful & friendly & the check-in/out process was quick & easy. The hot breakfast was great. The hotel room was clean & comfortable, however a couple of things stood out as strange. There was only one pod each of regular coffee, decaf & tea in the room, but all three of us staying in the room wanted regular coffee in the morning. We didn’t think to check how many coffee pods were available until we were getting up in the morning & since we had to leave before 6:30 am, we didn’t have time to call down to the front desk for more. It would’ve been nice if there had been a more pods available in the room as we each would’ve had at least two cups since the servings are so tiny. We asked for more when we returned to the hotel for the second night though & we’re readily provided with more for the following morning. The other thing that was strange was that there were no ice buckets available in the room & when we asked someone if we could have one, she said they didn’t have ice buckets, only the plastic bags. We put the plastic bag of ice in the freezer so it wouldn’t melt over night & make a mess, but it was odd that they didn’t provide the buckets… I’ve never seen that in a hotel before. Overall, our stay was very pleasant & we would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel was tucked away from the main streets which afforded a nice quiet stay. The room was great and I liked the bed, very comfortable. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly, they were great.
