Had the best stay!! Property was so clean, we loved the valet parking & the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so big , the beds were comfortable and the hotel overall is relaxing. Would def stay again.

Great city getaway

I picked this hotel for a luxurious Anniversary/Valentine's getaway and it did not disappoint. Check-in was incredibly smooth and room requests were fulfilled without difficultly. Valet was convenient and easy to use, the room was very luxurious and well appointed, bedding was incredibly soft and luxurious as well as the bathroom amenities. We also enjoyed the spa on our stay and the RMT's were fantastic. The only issue we ran into was billing issues with our massages, but aside from that, our stay at Le Germain was excellent.

The room was modern and very cool. The staff went above and beyond 5* My only annoyance was that parking is 50$ a night, which was not advertised anywhere before booking and the bed was 3-5, felt caved in - in the middle. Sort of weird considering the rest of the property felt brand new. 5* for the front desk staff
