The staff was amazing. Very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is nice enough but for the price I was expecting more. The restaurant food was good but felt overpriced as the portions are small. But the staff was really amazing I can’t say enough good things about everyone I interacted with there. The man at the front desk even helped me with my bags right up to my room. I felt very well taken care of.

The staff was helpful and polite. My room was a bit of a disappointment. there was a very strong chemical/wash smell that lasted the full 3 days. It smelled like either the carpet cleaner put too much soap, or someone spilled a bottle of aftershave. The pillows were too soft for me personally, but some people like that. The gym was nice, but they need to put a sign that says 'no scents' because someone sprayed a ton of perfume in the change room which made it hard to breathe.
