staff support was lacking. We had a room booked for the front end and the back end of our trip to Mexico. Somehow we did not book parking which is available when you book has we did above. We offered to pay extra to leave our vehicle and clearly they were able to see that we had a future booking upon our return. We were told their was absolutely no way for us to correct this oversite on our part so we had to drive our car to park and go the night before and cab it back to the hotel. We had booked a cab for 5 pm the next morning with the front desk has this is a service offered by the hotell When we went down in the morning the front desk had not called us a cab. At 5:15 we still did not have a cab so we called one ourselves and paid out of pocket. They also advertise breakfast. At 5 am all that was available was brown bananas and bruised apples. We have stayed here before with no problems but after this visit we would not recommend it and will not stay here again,

It was a very nice room, comfortable bed, nice and clean quick check in quick checkout. The only thing that I would change if I were them would be the time that they start their continental breakfast. It started at seven for people that have to get up early like myself at 5:30 we couldn’t have breakfast. It should’ve started at six to accommodate early risers.

Just needed a room and found this gem! Clean, quiet and comfortable! This is my Calgary layover hotel of choice going forward. If I were the ever have an extended stay I’m going to be here. Awesome kitchenette room and the most comfortable bed.
