We do have a dedicated front office team available 24 hours a day who can address any noise concerns promptly. Please do not hesitate to make us aware of such occurrences immediately. I'm also sorry if there were some cleanliness concerns that you had to deal with. We do strive to maintain our stringent cleanliness standards and it seems like we unfortunately missed that mark. Hi Eduardo, Yes, pending on some of our room types, we can have up to 6 guest in a guest room. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
