The upper floor features a spacious living room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, as well as two rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table that seats several people. There is also a separate WC and gas heating on this floor.

The second upper floor of the villa includes three additional rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning. There is also a walk-through room with two beds (80 cm) and air conditioning, as well as one room with a French bed (160 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning. The villa features wooden and natural stone floors throughout and offers a panoramic view from its upper floor.

For added convenience, the villa includes several amenities such as a washing machine, safe, iron, and baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old.
