On my check in, I’m a Bonvoy member, they couldn’t find my number and stated that when I checked out, they would find it, so unprofessional. Got to my room, toilet wasn’t working, I had to rush out for a wedding, hot water worked for only a few minutes, I’ll never stay there again, doesn’t meet the standards of the company.

There was an issue with my initial room being loud due to the HVAC for the entire hotel. Andrew at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding moving my family to a quieter room. Stellar service from Andrew!

Beautiful, but small Courtyard property. The courtyard is mostly the pool and a few tables around it. We were told our room had a pool view by the front desk, but in reality, the roof blocked our view of the pool. This was very disappointing.
