PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The Los Cabos Municipal Government charges to all visitors the amount of $79.20 PESOS (APPROX $4 USD) per room, per night. The fee is used exclusively for improving the quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, in projects like beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.

Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be able to refund for any construction related issues during the month of September.

This unit is huge and beautiful with the best view of the Arco and Medano beach. The property (as usual) was stunning. Great service from property manager and onsite staff.

Another wonderful stay!

This was the second time my fiancé and I have stayed at this property and it was just as magical as it was two years ago. Nothing beats the views and the hotel staff is lovely. Highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal stay from beginning to end. The property was spotless and impeccably maintained. Every surface, railing, lobby area, elevator, pool chair, and common space was constantly being cleaned and polished. The attention to detail from the staff was unlike anything we’ve experienced.The grounds are breathtaking, beautifully landscaped, peaceful, and incredibly well cared for. The spa facilities were world class, the pools were pristine, and the beach access and views were absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing, if not better.The staff made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to creating an unforgettable experience. Communication was seamless throughout the stay, and every interaction reflected hospitality at the highest level.This felt less like a vacation rental and more like a luxury resort experience. We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary here and could not have chosen a more beautiful, relaxing, and memorable place. We will absolutely be returning. Five stars in every category.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I traveled for a birthday vacation and it was just perfect. The room was exactly as shown and the resort had everything you could want or need available. We just loved listening to the waves crash onto the beach, very soothing.

Incredible!

Outstanding Beachfront property. Excellent service. This place is the closest to the beach. In the morning we witnessed light amber hues glowing at sunrise. The waves of the ocean are soothingly calm. Wonderful views of Cabo San Lucas, the ocean and the swimming pool.

Beautiful property-run down room

The propert itself is amazing. The location is perfect. The room location is wonderful, however, the room itself is very run down and not maintained well. Old, grimy, and needs some deep cleaning and updating.

Pictures don’t do justice for 1401B

To say we enjoyed our visit is an understatement. Walking into the unit for the first time will literally make your jaw drop. From the sounds of the waves crashing while you sleep, to the unbelievable view from every window, this was the most incredible vacation rental we’ve stayed at. We are already planning our next trip back to 1401B. Thank you for having us!

Great room/ view!

The only negative was that the room was not ready on time. Cleaning crew was still there at 4 pm. Otherwise, great room. Just as described. Amazing view of the arches. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with property manager. Walk to downtown along the beach is about 15-20 min. Staff very friendly. Liked that we can use neighboring hotels amenities.

Best view and amazing location!

I cannot say enough good things about Villa La Estancia! The customer service was the best I’ve experienced anywhere! We will be back! Free parking/valet, everyone was so nice and helpful! I love every time you return from being out and about they say “welcome home!” The views from the unit and the jacuzzi were stunning, slept listening to the ocean every night! Close enough to all the action but far enough away it was quiet! Beautiful beach and no cost to rent the chairs and the vendors weren’t bad at all. The unit isn’t the newest but the price was right for the best view in Cabo and the bedding was comfy and cozy! We will be back!
