I had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock in Los Cabos! From the very beginning, the entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I want to give a special thank you to Letícia, who speaks Portuguese and was truly amazing throughout our stay. She kindly arranged a beautiful surprise for my daughter Lívia, who was celebrating her 16th birthday – a gesture we’ll never forget! A heartfelt thank you also goes to the team at the Legacy pool area. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made our time by the pool extra special. We’ll definitely be back soon!

The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. However, the location was disappointing — there is no beach access due to the open sea, and the strong winds made it very cold. I was hoping to escape the cold but ended up in an even colder place. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pools or the beach, which made the vacation less enjoyable.

I waited for over 1 hour standing to check in. Staffs are not polite. Especially, servers in restaurants treated customers rudely. When I order drinks or any services, servers were not serving in reasonable time unless I gave tips continuously.

High energy, yet laid back luxury experience. The Hard Rock Hotel understands the assignment to engage kids of all ages to literally rock out! And when things get complicated or whether there was a mixup, the staff literally goes out of the way to resolve as best as they can. The bottom line is this is a big bang for your buck and a huge deposit for your memory bank! The Hard Rock’s work ethic, lively culture, and dynamic environments they create for both families and those singles living it up is truly amazing! At HRH, you are a star!
